1. Mr. Sarvesh Manmohan Agrawal, Promoter and Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Sarvesh Agrawal has completed his Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery from Darshan Dental College. Mr. Sarvesh Agrawal is a dental surgeon by profession and is running his dental practice since last 12 years. He is actively engaged in the business of trading, import and export of grains and pulses under the trade name of Transglobal Trade Integration (a partnership firm) since last 7 years wherein he holds 50% partnership stake. He is also a director in Transglobal Trade Integration Pvt. Ltd. with 20% stake holding. The company is engaged in the business of master franchise of La Pinoz Pizza (India’s fastest growing pizza chain) for the state of Gujarat and is successfully operating 102 outlets. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of sales, marketing, audit and quality assurance of commodity & food industries.

2. Mr. Manmohan Shreegopal Agrawal, Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Manmohan Shreegopal Agrawal has completed his Master of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He has over 40 years of experience in the fields of accounts, finance, management and administration, audit, and quality assurance. He has been successfully managing his own guest house/lodge business for more than four decades. He also has experience in management and operations of factories. Further, he is a partner in Transglobal Trade Integration, a firm engaged in the trading, import and export of grains and pulses, where he holds a 50% partnership stake. His extensive expertise in finance and management contributes significantly to the Company’s operations and governance.

3. Mr. Jagdishprasad Shreegopal Agrawal, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director

Mr. Jagdishprasad Shreegopal Agrawal has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He is a businessman and is successfully running his own guest house/ lodge since last 35+ years. He has a background in administration and operation in manufacturing sector. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of hospitality, management and administration, audit and quality assurance.

4. Ms. Bhoomi Talati, Non-Executive Independent Director

Ms. Bhoomi Ketan Talati is a Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additionally, she holds educational qualifications which includes Bachelors of Laws (Special), Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation Laws and Practice and Master of Commerce (M.com) in Accounting & Financial Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She is having experience of more than 5 years in the field of Companies Law, Corporate Governance, Regulatory compliances and Secretarial functions.

5. Mr. Navinchandra Dilipsinh Bochare, Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Navinchandra Dilipsinh Bochare is a Practicing Tax Consultant since 2011 and having completed CA Inter in May, 2011 and also possess Accounting Technician Course (ATC) Certificate from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Delhi. Additionally, he has also completed M. Com (Master’s Degree in Accounts & Finance) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in March, 2012. He is having in-depth knowledge of Direct Taxes (Income Tax) and Indirect Taxes (VAT, Excise, Service Tax & Goods & Services Tax) and has conducted Tax Audit & Internal Audit of Listed Companies, Private Companies, Public Companies, Partnership Firms including LLP and Proprietary concern since 2011 having total experience of 13 years except article ship period of 3.5 years with CA Firm (CNK & Associates, LLP). He is also having experience of Project Finance including originating and structuring large, complex project finance deals, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and providing strategic financial advice including Agricultural projects having substantial interest subsidy from NABARD. He also holds experience of Concurrent and Bank Audit of Axis Bank, Bank of India, Bank of Baroda and State Bank of India.

6. Ms. Bhavana Hamirbhai Jadav, Additional Non-Executive Independent Director

Ms. Bhavana Jadav is a medical doctor possessing over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, public service, and holistic wellness. She served as In-charge Medical Officer and Insurance Medical Officer under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Gujarat, where she was responsible for healthcare delivery, insurance governance, compliance, and welfare program implementation. Currently, she is the Founder of Manbhav – Holistic Healthcare and Wellness, focusing on mental health, employee well-being, lifestyle coach, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, yogic healer and organizational resilience. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree along with postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology, Industrial Health, Applied Hypnosis, and Yoga Therapy. She brings extensive expertise in healthcare governance, risk management, insurance management, policy execution, and holistic leadership, making her a valuable contributor to corporate boards and stakeholder welfare initiatives.

1. Ms. Sakina Lokhandwala – Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Ms. Sakina Lokhandwala is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company and was appointed with effect from November 24, 2023. She is an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India with membership number ACS 60515. She had passed the Company Secretary course in December 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda which she completed in the year 2016. Additionally, she has also completed master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management in the year 2018 and Bachelors in Law (General) from the said university in the year 2021. She has more than 5 years of experience in the field of Company’s law, legal, RBI – NBFC compliances, MCA and other secretarial compliances.
